On 25 September 2021, the Mayor of Waltham Forest will be leading a 10 km walk to raise money that will support people living with dementia and their carers in Waltham Forest.
This walk will be led by trained volunteers from the Council’s Feel Good Walks team and will pass through areas of local significance over the last seventy years. All donations will be shared between the Waltham Forest branches of Age UK and the Alzheimer's Society.
The walk will commence at 10.00 a.m. from the Ridgeway Park Tennis Hub, Peel Close, Chingford, London E4 6XU. It will end at approximately 14.00 at Stadium Place Walthamstow, London, E4 8SL.
