Alzheimer’s Society Cognitive Stimulation session
Free social activities to help strengthen a person's communication skills, thinking and memory. For people living with dementia and their carers.

Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friends session
Free session to learn more about what it is like to live with dementia and turn that understanding into action by becoming a Dementia Friend.
Anyone can attend
Fourth Wednesday of every month 10.30am to 11.30am
Alzheimer’s Society Singing for the Brain
Free singing sessions to bring people together in a friendly and stimulating activity. For people living with dementia and their carers.
Every Thursday 2.00pm to 4.00pm
Art and Craft sessions
Free craft sessions for people living with dementia and their carers.

Books on Prescription Lending Library
The Library Service will be lending out books from the Books on Prescription reading list, as recommended by clinicians.
You can also join the Library Service.

Advice sessions to support carers with accessing benefits.

Free drop in session for a drink and chat with other carers.

A free first come first served advice session for carers.
Second Wednesday of every month 10.00am to 13.00pm
Dementia Walking Group
Join us for a stroll at 10.30am every Tuesday, followed by refreshments at the Dementia Hub.
This walk is free and open to all. It will last around 30 minutes and will be around the local area.
Early Onset Dementia group
Free sessions for people aged under 65 and diagnosed with dementia, and their carers. For more information

Intensive Dementia Outreach (IDO) Service
A service offering a stimulating range of activities at the Hub, which includes gardening, chair-based exercise, quizzes, music and games.
A home visiting service is also available.
Referral is through Adult Social Care for those with eligible needs

Music for All
An interactive session for parents, toddlers and people living with dementia.
Music provided by Double Bass Dan.
Parents are asked for a suggested donation of £5.00 towards the session.
