We are proud to partner with national access provider DisabledGo to improve information on venue access around the borough.
Their surveyors have visited and assessed over 1,000 venues, using a specially designed set of questions that were developed with hundreds of disability organisations around the UK.
The guides cover things like:
- ramps, steps and accessible toilets
- lighting levels
- background noise and music
- signage and directions
- hearing assistance devices
- staff training around disability equality
