Manage your council tax online

Online council services

Our online services for Council Tax have now changed. You no longer access via My account. We have moved to a new online service called Council Tax Connect.

When you sign up to manage your Council Tax Connect online account, you can:

  • view your bills, any discounts & exemptions you may have, and any other information related to your account
  • notify us of a change in address
  • setup or amend a direct debit
  • apply for any discounts, reductions and exemptions
  • make a payment

To access, you need to create a new online account – guidance on this page shows how to do this.
