Before any work starts on your building you’ll have your opportunity to let us know what you think every step of the way.
This consultation starts with you receiving full notification of the work we plan to carry out.
Work will often be carried out by one of our partner contractors and you’ll be invited to evaluate their quotes and reply in 30 days.
Alternatively, you and your resident association are entitled to nominate a contractor of your choice to bid for the contract.

Post Office and PayPoint outlets
You can pay your invoice at any Post Office or PayPoint site using your Waltham Forest OneCard.
