Earlier this week parking permit holders received at least one email, and possibly two, about a change to our parking permit system. We are aware this caused confusion amongst residents and we sincerely apologise for any uncertainty and worry that this may have caused, especially at this busy festive and family time of the year.
We know this email fell short of the standard residents should expect. After receiving feedback we have therefore decided to postpone introducing the new permit system until April 2020.
If you are a permit holder you do not have to do anything at this time and your permit remains valid. Please continue using the current permit system RingGo as usual.
We will contact parking permit holders in the New Year with clear details about what the changes mean and what they should do.
