Community Help Network

If you are 70+ or classed as a vulnerable resident we may be able to help you access what you need through our Community Help Network. We can help with essential food supplies, prescription collections, emergency home repairs, advice and safe social contact. Food will be provided by a food parcel, rather than a personal shopping service.

Supermarket priority hours

Most of the leading supermarkets are offering specific shopping hours for vulnerable people and key workers, information on Money Saving Expert website.

Prescription collection

  • Community Pharmacies: Continuing to operate as usual. Contact your local pharmacy to get your prescription delivered.
  • Community Help Network: Helpline and online form to request support for over 70s and those who have been asked to shield by the NHS and have no other family or friends to help. 020 8496 3000, 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week
