Making our digital services inclusive and accessible to everyone in the borough, is at the heart of everything we do.
We want to help residents with the necessary digital skills to get online; and provide young people with opportunities and training in digital roles.
Help accessing online services
Our libraries can provide face to face help with council services and online forms. Meanwhile, you can improve your digital skills, at one of the weekly computer support drop-in sessions, run by our Digital Champions.
You can also have a live chat with a member of our customer service team. This service is available on each page of our website.

Volunteer as a Digital Champion
Digital Champions help residents to improve their digital skills and get to grips with new technologies.
Every November, we show ways in which digital is transforming our everyday lives.
This includes a programme of events for both staff and local businesses and residents.
