Food, drink and goods pitches

TESAL event logistics manage the food, drinks and goods stalls for council events.

Traders must apply to trade a minimum of two months prior to the event that they wish to attend.  Documents must be sent in with the event traders application form (50KB Word)

Payment is required in advance of each event and failure to pay may result in your pitch being given to another trader on a waiting list.

Please register your request to trade by email to LBWFsuppliers@eventsafety.org.uk and fill in the application form in full along with all the requested documents.

Registration doesn’t guarantee a space - we will contact you to advise whether you have been successful and to ask that you submit all necessary documents along with payment.

All traders are required to submit the following documents to assure us of their compliance with the law:

Food pitches

  • Public liability insurance
  • Risk assessment/method statements
  • Level 2 food safety training certificates for all employees working on the stand
  • PAT test safety and/or gas safety certificates where applicable
  • Fire risk assessment
  • Local authority business registration – scores on the doors – they must score at least three
  • All stall holders to adhere to the safer food, better business guide from the Food Standards Agency

All bookings are subject to remaining space. Please note that payment is by bank transfer only.
