A new conservation area is being proposed for designation in North Chingford, to protect, enhance and celebrate the heritage of the area.

A draft Conservation Area Appraisal document has been prepared, to assess the character and special interest of the area. We are keen to hear your views on the proposed Conservation Area, its boundary, and the content of the appraisal document.
