We have developed new planning guidance, called a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), to help you make changes to your home and garden to make them more climate-friendly, comfortable, and energy efficient.
You can have your say on the draft documents from Monday, 2 February 2026, until 5pm on Monday, 16 March 2026. You can find all the information and complete the survey, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes, on the Let’s Talk website.
You can also email your comments or any questions about the draft SPD to: spdconsultation@walthamforest.gov.uk(External link) or by post to: Place and Design Team, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Forest Road, Walthamstow, London, E17 4JF.
