Fellowship Square Pricing
Fellowship Square offers options to suit a variety of budgets. Prices range from £270 to £1700 (Monday to Friday) and £470 to £2000 (Saturday and Sunday), depending on your chosen room.
Ceremony prices at Approved Venues
Approved venue prices range from £595 to £895, depending on the day and time of your ceremony. For Bank Holidays, the cost is £1500, with ceremonies available only before 4pm.

Religious buildings
Ceremonies can be held in registered places of worship, including churches, synagogues, and mosques. Registrar attendance costs £114.50.
Statutory Ceremony
A simple, no-frills ceremony held at the Waltham Forest Register Office costs £62.
Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellations
Refund Policy:
- If you cancel your ceremony with at least 42 days notice, we will refund your ceremony fee, minus a £50 booking fee.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the ceremony.
Amendments
To change your ceremony date or time:
- Fee: £50 (non-refundable).
Marriage Certificates
Certificates are £12.50 each and are not included in the ceremony fees.
