Help with completing online forms can be found below.

Parking permits

Parking permits are sold for use in our controlled parking zones by residents, businesses, market traders and visitors. Permits are also sold to doctors for use on reserved bays throughout the Borough.

It should be noted that permits are vehicle specific and will not be issued to a vehicle that has any outstanding unchallenged parking penalties with Waltham Forest.

Please note that all fees quoted for permits are per permit per vehicle.

See Waltham Forest Parking Permits for information on all parking permits, including fees and charges.

Bank Holidays

Enforcement in residential permit parking bays will be suspended on Bank Holidays, however footways, double yellow lines and specified parking bays (for a particular purpose) will be enforced as usual.
