Customer Services on the move

The Customer Services Centre on Hoe Street, Walthamstow will be closing on Friday 19 December.

From Monday 22 December customer services will be available at the borough’s Library Plus branches, with a focus on helping residents access the increasing range of Council services available online.

Open: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Closed on weekends and on public holidays. An emergency only service will operate at all other times.

In person: Library Plus

As well as offering books, CDs, DVDs and free internet access you can pay your council tax bill and get additional help and advice from Council staff.

Social work emergencies outside office hours, at weekends and on public holidays

Outside working hours and at weekends, call Customer Services on 020 8496 3000.
