Changes to Customer Services in Waltham Forest

The Council is proposing to close the Customer Service Centre on Hoe Street, Walthamstow and instead provide alternate customer services at each of the four Library Plus venues.

The website is available 24 hours a day and you can apply online for most services:

Open: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Closed on weekends and on public holidays. An emergency only service will operate at all other times.
