Website awards
Annually the Society of Information Managers (SOCITM) perform a benchmarking exercise on all local authority web sites. In 2010 and 2011 Waltham Forest was awarded three stars, out of a possible four stars. The exercise rates the site for usability based on over 100 questions and provides independent accessibility testing by the Royal National Institute for Blind People (RNIB) and Sitemorse.
