Bus shelters
The responsibility for the provision of bus shelters in the borough lies with Transport for London (TfL). Shelters are generally provided at all bus stops unless there are overriding technical difficulties. The Council has an agreement with TfL to ensure their appearance and maintenance remains to a high standard and that shelters are replaced as they become older.
Clear Channel ADSHEL maintains all bus shelters for TfL. Damage or other faults can be reported directly to them by telephoning 0800 313699
