Recycling opening times
Members of the public are welcome to volunteer to recycle bikes on:
Fridays 9am-4pm and some Saturdays 11am-3pm – training is offered throughout day long session
Free tea, coffee and biscuits for volunteers.
Please stop at security for directions within the site.
Public drop-in sessions
Third and fourth Saturday of the month: 11am - 3pm
Members of the public can attend these sessions to learn how to work on their own bikes with the assistance of a bike mechanic.
Waltham Forest London Cycling Campaign branch run a workshop on the second Saturday of each month 10am-12noon
A suggested donation for tool use is £3.
Bike sales
Recycled bikes will be available for members of the public on the first Saturday of each month between 1-3pm, for a donation starting from £45. Children's bikes are also available from £20.
Unwanted bikes?
If you have a bike you would like to donate to us please bring it to the workshop located at Low Hall Depot, South Access Road, Walthamstow, E10 7AS. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to collect bikes. Ask at security for directions to the workshop. Any bikes donated are gratefully received.
