Want to get fit?
Want to get outside and have fun?
Want an easy journey to work?
Want to ride a bike?
Waltham Forest Council is offering free cycle training for over 16s who live, work or study in the borough. If you want to learn to cycle or improve your confidence, you can book a free lesson at a location and time of your choice. Lessons last two hours and are one to one with you and the instructor. The instructor might even be able to provide a bicycle if you don't have one of your own.
For further information or to book, call Home Counties Cycle Training Limited on 07799 462537 or email walthamcycling@homecountiescycling.com
