Waltham Forest is making positive moves to improve safety on the borough’s roads. Statistics show that we are reducing the number of casualties each year through education and traffic management. Bike Recycling Centre
Recycled bikes available to residents of the borough for a small donation on the first Saturday of the month from 1-3pm.

Scootability Scheme
Scootability offers short-term loans of mobility scooters and power chairs to residents to use from their homes.
The scheme is for residents of Waltham Forest aged 16 and over who have difficultly getting around, whether through age or a disability. Membership is free and a nominal charge of £2 is made each time a vehicle is borrowed.
