Helping people move forward after drug and alcohol problems

Going the Distance is an employment and skills project.

We support people who have had drug or alcohol problems, or who have been drug-using offenders in Waltham Forest, get back into work. The project provides support and access to:

  • Voluntary work
  • Short courses
  • Searching and applying for jobs
  • Improving skills

If you are interested in joining Going the Distance, speak to your treatment provider.
