Sports Development Team

We aim to:

• Provide information on all sporting activities and facilities within the Borough
• Increase the level of sports and leisure opportunities for Waltham Forest residents
• Provide support to clubs and other sports organisations and agencies in the borough
• Develop strong sports partnerships within the borough
• Provide opportunities for local people to access coach education programmes
  

The Team organise regular sports sessions and borough representation in various events throughout the year such as the London Youth Games, disability sport / events, mini marathon and Interborough Swimming.
