Pathways to Work has been developed by the Government in order to help people claiming health related benefits to get closer to the labour market.
The programme offers a wide range of services including:
- information, advice and guidance
- employability skills training
- vocational training with routeways into a job
- access to local job vacancies
- a condition management programme designed to help people feel positive about managing their health at work
