1. Contact the Private Sector Leasing Team. We will take down your details and pass them on to one of our Managing Agents. (Please fill in our online registration form.)

  2. The Managing Agent will contact you within five working days and arrange a time to inspect the property. They will advise you of what works need to be done to bring the property up to our standards (a copy of the standards is available here)

  3. Once all the necessary works have been completed, the Managing Agent will undertake a final inspection and then arrange with you to sign the lease documents

  4. Once your lease has been signed, the Managing Agent will fax a 'Property Ready' notification form to Private Sector Leasing Team

  5. On receiving the notification, the Private Sector Leasing Team will arrange for a family to be allocated to the property. The family will get the opportunity to view the property so as to ascertain that the property is suitable for their requirements

  6. Once the family has accepted the property, the Private Sector Leasing Team will arrange for them to sign the tenancy agreement
