Landlords Forum, 1 December 2011
With the Olympics not far away, the Council held a successful event with landlords and agents at the beginning of December to hear what they had to say on a range of issues. The topics covered included Housing Benefits, property frontage grants along the Olympic route, private sector leasing, the Rent Deposit scheme, and property accreditation.
