Waltham Forest Housing Services help to provide housing to people in Waltham Forest as well as a range of services for those who are homeless or need support.

Ascham Homes manages Waltham Forest's housing stock and provide tenancy services such as making repairs and collecting rent. They operate a full landlord service to the London Borough of Waltham Forest’s 10,516 tenants and 1,800 leaseholders.
