Under Section 34 of The Environmental Protection Act 1990 all businesses have a Duty of Care to dispose of their waste through authorised trade waste collection services and must be able to prove this.

You need to have a contract either with Waltham Forest or a recognised waste management organisation to dispose of your trade waste. The maximum fine for dumping rubbish is £20,000 and/or 6 months imprisonment.

Domestic waste is collected within costs covered under the domestic rate.  This is not the case with shops, factories and other businesses under the non-domestic rating system.

  • 240 lt bin: £3.68 per week £191.23 per year
  • 360 lt bin: £5.12 per week £266.49 per year
  • 660 lt bin: £8.87 per week £461.42 per year
  • 1100 lt bin: £12.36 per week £642.78 per year
  • 1280 lt bin: £13.43 per week £698.30 per year
  • bags: £46.20 per bundle of 26

All charges are inclusive of hire, collection and VAT ie no hidden extras

The bags can be purchased by using our secure online payment system by selecting the trade waste bags option and the quantity you require.

Once payment is made bags will be delivered within 5 working days.
