Environmental Fixed Penalty Notices can be issued for a range of environmental offences and are an opportunity to discharge liability for the offence by paying the Fixed Penalty amount.
Once issued you will need to pay the Fixed Penalty amount within 14 days or the reduced amount, if offered, within 10 days.
