The results of the consultation on the future of Walthamstow undertaken in March have fed into the second Enquiry by Design workshop run by the Prince's Foundation. The presentation below shows the emerging principles from that workshop.
At present these plans are indicative, further working up of the chosen option is being undertaken by the Prince's Foundation, and therefore these plans may change. Once completed, the plans will be tested by the Council for robustness, deliverability, financial viability and adherence to the Council's overarching aims and objectives.
The completed preferred option will be submitted to Cabinet for agreement before being presented to the public through consultation in Autumn 2007. Your views at the consultation stage of the process will be important in shaping the future of Walthamstow Town Centre.
