In addition, the northern part of the Blackhorse Lane area is covered by the Council’s Better Neighbourhoods Initiative which aims to improve the quality of life in our most deprived neighbourhoods. Initiatives include improving local parks and open spaces, tackling fly-tipping and helping residents improve their health and find work.
