Supplementary Planning guidance

Supplementary Planning Guidance contains detailed guidance on various planning matters and expand on the policies in the Unitary Development Plan (UDP). Whilst this guidance does not have the same status as an adopted UDP policy it may be a material consideration in determining a planning application.
