Section should not be listed - it is now omitted from Plan.

Supplementary Planning Guidance Note 3 covers conversions for temporary housing and housing in multiple occupationrather than long-stay accommodation.

172 Table One
The table showing Types of Publicly Accessible Open Space - printed on page 207 of the First Deposit draft of the UDP - has been omitted in error from the Second Deposit draft.

259 Schedule 3b
Details of site MURA 2 omitted. This is the Billet Road Works site - shown on the Proposals Map. It is proposed for mixed use comprising 50% light / general industrial or warehousing use and 50% housing. 35% of the housing to be affordable stock - comprising 70% social housing for rent and 30% intermediate housing.
