This is the forth Annual Monitoring Report which Waltham Forest Council is required to produce under Section 35 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 for the period from 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008. The purpose of the report is to monitor the implementation of the Local Development Scheme and the extent to which policies in Local Development Documents are being achieved.
