Supplementary Planning Guidance Notes (SPGN) contain detailed guidance on various planning matters and expand on the policies in the Unitary Development Plan (UDP). Whilst a SPGN does not have the same status as an adopted UDP policy it may be a material consideration in determining a planning application.
