This is the third Annual Monitoring Report which Waltham Forest Council is required to produce under Section 35 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 for the period from 1 April 2006 to 31 March 2007. The purpose of the report is to monitor the implementation of the Local Development Scheme and the extent to which policies in Local Development Documents are being achieved.
