Walk Yourself Fit includes a programme of weekly walks as well as specially arranged walks. The meeting points for the walks are located in, or near, your neighbourhood. Step up to the challenge and enjoy the company of your neighbours, make new friends and enjoy the surroundings of Waltham Forest. All our walks are supervised by trained Walk Leaders to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
