Working to improve the quality and quantity of childcare
We are very pleased to offer a year of quality training on behalf of Waltham Forest Extended Services.
We strive to promote and assist education and childcare practitioners to provide quality inclusive services to support them in the development of the children in their care.
The purpose of the directory is to provide a range of training to prepare and build the workforce and equip them to meet the changing demands in the childcare sector.
Training courses offered within the Training and Development Programme 2008-2009 are available to all childcare practitioners working in childcare settings within Waltham Forest as well as registered childminders. The courses are free, but the practitioners must seek approval from their employee to enrol on the courses and registered childminders must provide their OFSTED registration number.
