London Borough of Waltham Forest's Post 16 Partnership Transport Policy is to provide support for students, their carer and/or parents, especially for travel costs to residential colleges outside the borough who may not have a statement but who have a disability, temporary disability or need home to school travel up to the end of the academic year in which the students become 21 years old or students with disabilities or learning difficulties up to the age of 25.
