Introduction
Waltham Forest is required under Section 52 of the Schools Standards and Framework Act 1998 to prepare an annual Section 52 Budget Statement.
There are other regulatory provisions directly affecting the content of section 52 Budget Statements: the LEA Budget, Schools Budget and Individual School Budget Regulations 2004, the Financing of Maintained Schools (England) (No2) Regulations 2003 and the Financing of Maintained Schools (England) Regulations 2004.
