Kelmscott
Kelmscott is in the final stages of construction, with completion scheduled for the 31 August 2008. The £11.2 million scheme includes a new entrance, state of the art performance hall and kitchen and dining accommodation.
Part of the refurbishment of the main building is the creation of a light and airy Learning Resource Centre located in the heart of the school, with improved teaching and administrative accommodation. The annexe has also undergone extensive refurbishment with the introduction of a new media suite, which forms part of the Art Department.
Enhanced ICT infrastructure has been installed. This includes a computerised registration system, a high specification CCTV system and a cashless payment system for pupils.
These improvements have enhanced the school’s environment and support teaching and learning for both pupils and staff.
