Two Versions of the Register

There are two versions of the Register of Electors published on 1st December each year which are updated each month. Both are available electronically or in paper format.

  • The full register is only available to people or organisations prescribed in law.
  • The edited version from which people can chose to be excluded is available for general sale. This is available in 4 different electronic formats.

The Edited Register

The cost of the register is £20 plus £1.50 per thousand entries for the data copy and £10 plus £5 per thousand entries for the paper version plus a per order charge. This must be paid in advance by cheque, cash or postal order. A copy of the register can be requested by contacting Electoral Services.
