• I would formally like to record a note of tribute to Cllr Derek Arnold who died at the weekend
  • Cllr Arnold, who represented Chingford Green Ward, first joined the Council in 1978 as a ward councillor for Hatch Lane ward before moving to Chingford Green Ward in 1986
  • Cllr Arnold was a highly valued member of this Council, and representative of his residents, and will be sadly missed
  • I would like to express my personal condolences to his family and friends, and those of all Council members
