What is PayPoint?
PayPoint is an easy way to pay your Council Tax, Business Rates and Housing Benefit overpayments over the counter at outlets near to you.
You can get more information and addresses of other PayPoint outlets in the UK on the PayPoint website
All Council Tax and Business Rates bills now include a bar code that will enable you to make payment at any place displaying the PayPoint logo. For Housing Benefit Overpayments, a barcode will appear on your Invoice and Final demand.
If you have not received a document which displays a barcode, please contact us.
Paying by cash
Customers can pay their business rates in cash at any Pay Point outlet providing they have their invoice.
