The “Transforming Services in Waltham Forest” event took place on Friday 15th June 2007 in Walthamstow Assembly Hall and Town Hall.
Delegates were able to see for themselves how Waltham Forest Council has transformed its services and moved from being a poor to a three star local authority in just three years.
