E-Government Target achieved
100% of council services now online
In 2002, the government set a target for all government services, including those provided by local councils, to be made available online by the end of 2005. Progress against targets is measured by a set of Best Value Performance Indicators; the indicator measuring e-government progress is BVPI 157.
In Waltham Forest, we achieved this target a month early, by the end of November 2005.
