What is the Forward Plan?
The Forward Plan sets out details of the key decisions that the Cabinet will be required to take over the following four months. The Plan is updated and republished each month. The first plan also provides additional information in terms of reports to cabinet which will be forwarded to Council for approval as well as other reports to be presented to Cabinet.

Members of the public can obtain copies of the background documents referred to in the Forward Plan unless they are confidential or exempt within the meaning of the Local Government Acts. Copies will be available at least 3 working days before the meeting at which the key decision is to be taken.
