What is the Forward Plan?

The Forward Plan sets out details of the key decisions that the Cabinet will be required to take over the following four months. The Plan is updated and republished each month. The first plan also provides additional information in terms of reports to cabinet which will be forwarded to Council for approval as well as other reports to be presented to Cabinet.

Where can I see a copy of the Forward Plan?

Copies of the Forward Plan can be downloaded below. (The online copies of the Forward Plan are provided in both DOC and PDF formats. Each format contains the same information as the other versions for the same period).

Members of the public can obtain copies of the background documents referred to in the Forward Plan unless they are confidential or exempt within the meaning of the Local Government Acts. Copies will be available at least 3 working days before the meeting at which the key decision is to be taken. Please contact Democratic Services for more information (contact details above).
