The Council welcomes petitions and recognises that signing a petition is one way in which people can let us know their concerns. You can submit your petition through our online petition facility or by post. Anyone who lives, works or studies in Waltham Forest may submit a petition to the Council.

Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit
Housing Benefit (including Local Housing Allowance) and Council Tax Benefit can help you pay your rent or council tax if you are on a low income, whether or not you are working. You may also qualify for free school meals.
There is also second adult rebate which can help with your council tax, even if you are not on a low income.
