When are they open?

You can call in anytime between 8.30am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday. There are no Housing Benefit officers at the shops on Saturday but you can drop off evidence and make general enquiries.

Our friendly and helpful staff will deal with your enquiry on the spot, or put you in touch with the person who can help.
