Registering a death
Our Registrars are on hand at this difficult time to help you through the registration of a death. Please contact the Register Office for more details, or to book an appointment for the registration.
We have recently opened an office at Whipps Cross University Hospital. Registrations are strictly by appointment at Whipps Cross. The Register Office will advise you of your appointment to register the death.
