Blackhorse Lane area and proposes improvements which have been included
in the three development options.

Sustainability Appraisal and Habitat Regulations Assessment
This independent report appraises the impact on sustainability objectives of the three development options and the draft Interim Planning Policy Framework. It concludes that the draft planning framework is the option likely to contribute most positively to sustainability objectives and is therefore supported as the preferred option.
